A team member of Wealth Design Group LLC, his focus is on helping his clients achieve their maximum financial potential. Randy is part of a small but elite group of planners in the United States, who have been skillfully trained and licensed to utilize the Lifetime Economic Acceleration Process (LEAP). LEAP is unique in that it utilizes a macro-economic model to help clients measure and verify the efficiency of their protection, savings, and growth decisions. The process empowers clients to see from a “holistic view”, and to achieve more wealth with less risk, while providing more protection against wealth eroding events. Randy is a Registered Representative with Park Avenue Securities and a Field Representative of the Guardian Life Insurance Company of America. Prior to joining Wealth Design Group LLC, Randy was the owner of Golden Benefits Company for ten years. He began his career with Sun Financial Group and spent fourteen years there before joining Benefits Design in Houston where he worked with small business owners to develop qualified and non-qualified retirement plans. Randy is a well-known financial representative and speaker in Houston, Texas. He has been actively involved in the life insurance and financial services industry in Houston for thirty years.
