Marlon started his professional career as a Deputy Sheriff for the Harris County Sheriff's Office. During his tenure, Marlon received several commendations for service along with thousands of hours in specialized training. Marlon observed the need of a supplemental retirement plan for Public Servants which led to his decision to become a Financial Representative.
